A Tunbridge Wells institution - a fantastic traditional department store with high quality products. I love their home wares departments and their cafe is good too. Lovely Christmas atmosphere for shopping and felt safe with Covid restrictions in place.

Hoopers is just a magical store especially around Christmas, baubles for small gifts as a thank you to unusual Christmas cards and toys. They have the irresistible oka range and unique furniture. If buying gifts there truly is something for everyone. I normally go just before Christmas but I've snaffled my crackers and goodies early so as not to miss out!

This has been my favourite store for over 30 years. It’s my guilty pleasure about 4 times a year I make the 35 mile journey just to enjoy the best shopping experience. I love being called Madam. Excellent service. Amazing staff. The store is beautifully laid out and changes constantly keeping up with the fashions and styles. This type of service and quality is a dying breed! I for one will enjoy this treat for as long as I can. The restaurant has amazing Lunches too. Everything in a one stop store

Only open till 4pm so didn't have a lot of time in store. Only operating two floors due to COVID. Hopefully, the good times will return soon!

In store is a great experience but the online experience is poor. I wish the website consisted of a catalogue of products and ranges in store allowing customers to browse before they go in. Especially given the current climate (covid-19)
