Lovely department store on Torquay Habour. The cafe I'd especially good gorgeous food very good staff very helpful and a beautiful view.

Amazing food and lovely atmosphere in the cafe, staff are very friendly as well. Got myself some pancakes and I was surprised about how good they tasted!
