I took two reels in to have serviced. One was a simple cleaning, and the other reel needed to have the anti-reverse fixed. It took over three weeks to get back. I had to go in three times, and on the third time they told me they were ready. They only cleaned the reels! No repairs were ever made to the one that needed servicing ! They hadn’t even called me to let me know they were ready. I never will take anything to be repaired here ever again! Bad service!
