We had Steven as our server. He was very professional. Upon arrival we were instantly seated and asked if we had been there before. He took the time to explain the menu which we highly encourage in any restaurant. The food was authentic, and freshly prepared. Portions were not overwhelming. I had the house margarita. And it was great! I took the servers advice on personal preference and was very satisfied. The lady and I are very grateful for the service this place provides. We find it more difficult to find such an amazing place in the area! Highly recommend this place!!!

Taco meats were good. Corn side is really tasty! Service mostly good but they missed one order for our table but quickly made it up(and it looked throw together).
Love the upper management and servers and the food. Had a friend get married in 2020 and H & L was SO helpful in making her dream of H & L for her bachelorette happen even during the covid up and downs and restrictions. Have also been there recently and had a great experience.
This is a local gem. Everything on the menu is amazing. We have had Mexican from dozens of places all over Omaha and Hook n' Lime is one of only 2 we go to anymore.
A must-try! Modern industrial decor, appropriately modified seating during COVID-19. Manager was waiting tables and very kind and accommodating. Menu has a big variety of fresh options. They now offer their tortas as rice bowls, and I had the torta tradicional, substituting the chicken with brisket. Not a morsel was left. Good-looking beer menu, too.
