The worst delivery service in the Netherlands. They don't even notify about the time that they will deliver your package. You can see in the photo how insightful and informative their are with their customers about the delivery time. You expect your customers to be waiting the whole day for you to arrive, great job!

The delivery postman rang my bell, by the time i came down (I live in a 5 floors building) he was on his way to leave, when I asked if he had a parcel for me he said no, that was for someone else and left. Then i opened my mailbox and there was a paper for me with a missed delivery message. Then I run behind him and ask to check again and he simply said there there are other UPS shipments , that one was not for me and I would have to wait for mine. He still had my parcel in his hands!!! this is unacceptable! very BAD service!!! I made a formal complain on their website.
Baggage was out for delivery on the 27-6-2020, which means it is in their car. It's now 29th I still haven't gotten it which means I will have to escalate the package through PayPal it was already a contested item.calling UPS's \service esulted in nothing But a The expensive phone Bill
UPS, the worst package delivery company in the galaxy. Impossible to reach anyone from the customer service.
Impossible to get in contact with them. Tried calling for a week already. Never get through. Also wrote an email last week, and also no answer. Awful service!!!!!!!
