Try to avoid purchasing from this company (solverdeutschland.de or Farbsprühsystem.de). We have an issue for over a month with an order placed but never received. They didn't refunded my order yet, the package (as the DPD tracking shows) was never sent from their warehouse. We challenged via Paypal the purchase but it takes a long time to recover our money. SolverMedia customer support are stating that they are looking into the issue and most likely the money will be refunded but yet they miss to do that. Don't bother with this company, doesn't worth it. The products they are selling can be found on amazon and other marketplaces, no need to risk it. And I thought as a dutch company they should be serious & professional. Right...

Inmiddels ben ik benaderd door de eigenaar van het bedrijf en is mij de situatie toegelicht. Het bedrijf heeft te maken met een sterke groei in deze Corona tijd, met dit in het achterhoofd ben ik mogelijk ongeduldig geweest. De onrust is weg en heeft plaats gemaakt voor het gevoel wel goed geholpen, niet opgelicht en serieus genomen te worden zijn. Klant blijkt wel koning te zijn bij Solver Media BV.

waterpomp.be, centrifugaalpomp aangekocht met verborgen gebrek, snelle levering, goedkoop, doch slechte service na verkoop, .be Nederlands, bedrijf, na advies van testaankoop, dient eindverkoper en niet de fabrikant een kosteloze oplossing te bieden, herstelling of vervanging. Doch eindverkoper blijft ondanks verscheidene e-mails de verantwoordelijkheid afschuiven op de fabrikant. Goedkoop dure koop, pomp van 300 euro voor de vuilbak, nooit meer !!!
