Good KFC, and good staff, but I do miss the taste or KFC from Pakistan If you are a meat lover, then go for 6 piece original, the burgers are good, but not that much. Try and get a drink with the meal, separate drink is 2 EUR. One thing I don't like is they keep shuffling the drinks and shakes, they need to stick to a menu. Also, in corona times, the space is too less, hopefully it would be better once things get better.

Poor service by KFC. Ordered a family burger meal. Paid for extra cheese in each burger. Had to wait for more than 10 minutes even though i was the only customer (The manager had informed me that it will take time after I placed order). But at the end of the waiting time I got really oily burger patty and without the cheese in any of the burgers I paid for. Worst burger I ever had in KFC. I also get a pack of chicken crisps in the pack. Not sure if it was part of some offer or it was for someone else.
Very rude sale person (blond lady) at the counter. As a customer service person, You don't need to shout at the guest while the guest is leaving the KFC entrance \Don't drink inside!!!\ This behaviour is unacceptable for being the face of KFC! Next time just ask the guest \please kindly not to drink inside\ while the guest receiving their's orders. Also perhaps say Thank you to the guest for bringing the money in as well. And Not only the guest alone that said thank you! Very unprofessional!
Terrible! They are terrible at delivery, it took almost 2.5 hours for them to deliver my ‘family bucket’ order. Moreover they delivered the food around 22:00 o’clock! Definitely do not order from this restaurant unless you want to eat almost cold chicken and without your kids (kids needs to sleep, right!). They are unbeliable!
Were should I start , it seems like even 0 starts it is to many for them . When we arrived, there was not more then 5 customers inside ( including us ) but we still wait forever for our order, and I don't even want to mention the fact that they have forgotten to serve our order out- just big tragedy! When we ask for our forgotten order- they didn't even say sorry - ( even like I said was absolutely not busy, and - so no reason to make a mistake like this ) The stuff's attitude is almost like they are doing you favor to prepare your order. I wish I have read the posted reviews prior to spending my money - if all of this it is not enough- I've got wrong burger - which I didn't even want to change- because of stuff attitude. And yeah- the cherry on the topping - pay toilet for customers so my advice- just safe your money and time and avoid this place.
