Always professional, always looking to help, even if you have a small issue, always making time, always looking for solutions. Compared with some of the other bicycle shops, don't look further, this one is the best. Customer service is ace! Small example, I bought a stand with other shop, broke within 2 months. When I came back, they said I didn't buy it there. I walked into this shop, explained the story, and they give me a small discount when eventually buying it there. Also, they always make an effort to suit your time, as a customer. Rather than the other way around. The other shop simply said I am too busy, like I am not busy?! We are all busy, worst excuse/statement ever. These guys here, always help! I have bought an e-bike now, and will just bring it for a service soon, as I trust them, they always do good job!
