I bought two tickets for the Blue Planet 2 event and contacted customer support for a refund since the event is postponed indefinitely due to corona. I bought tickets in NOVEMBER.. It has been more than 8 months - you can't expect me to wait for this event for years. When I contacted support they told me they won't provide me with a refund. It is a scam - you can't just keep people's money. I would be happy to remove this review if they ever issue me a refund for the 120 euros that they are holding.

Very bad experience when claiming refund for Eric Burdon's performance in Amsterdam that was cancelled. Trying to delay time and redirecting me to another company in the end. Luckily, it falls under PayPal customer protection.
Beware of the website Eventim which sells seats in stadium without having the certainty that they will be valid. Result: new tickets transmitted by email the day before! If by bad luck you missed the mail, unable to attend the concert and no refund. Thank you EventimNL
Worst service ever. We had a concert in October 2018 and it wqs canceled and we had no refund for the money till today and they said it is not their responsibility
