Left it too late for valentines day dinner takeaway as they were fully booked. Ordered it tonight snappy cooking only took 20 mins the porky burger is a dream come true with halumi fries and the chips! I can imagine I will be enjoying their non greasy lovely burgers again

Great tasting burgers. Very flavourable and juicy patties cooked perfectly with loads of cheese. Great size and great price. Had them as takeaway and very well packaged and stayed warm
Just the best burgers. Takeaway available during lockdown. With no need to enter and essentially contactless pickup by simply paper bag with handles on counter at window to street. Feels very safe. Beef is noticeably farm to plate quality. Fries are just right. Amazing value with drink included. Try it you won't regret it. I will be returning to try the local sourced lamb burger for sure. Make sure to pre order. Don't forget sauces and napkins like I did.
Situated in the heart of Tenterden High Street in the building that was formerly Café Rouge is \HOOF & HOOK\ (not Hoof &Hock) it has had a complete makeover, not just in its appearance but also the menu. Granted that due to the Covid 19 pandemic they are only able to provide a collection service, this is something they are doing well at. They are following the Covid 19 guidelines to the letter and that is admirable and I can imagine this is making things difficult for them, that being said, they are incredibly friendly and helpful. Now to the review, the food is excellent, high quality and superbly packaged to keep it warm for your journey home. Although the menu is limited at the moment, they excel with what is available. We had ordered two \Hoof Classic\ burgers with fries and it was was delicious, cooked to perfection and the portion size was spot on. Probably one of the best burgers I have had in years, it consisted of two beef patties, cheese, lettuce, pickles and ketchup all served in a really nice bun. This all came with a soft drink of your choice, price was 10 and worth every penny. They are open between 12.00 midday until 8.00pm Wednesday to Sunday every week. All in all a great first impression and I look forward to when things improve and they can officially have people in the restaurant. I highly recommend the Hoof & Hook, 10 out of 10 and good luck guys and keep you the excellent work.
