The crew was Awesome! Funny, entertaining, & felt completely safe. I can't swim & was so nervous but once we was in the air I felt free! A memory that will last a lifetime. One of the crewman from Maryland is very handsome, an added bonus Groupon offers group rates. Prices are reasonable. You can also pay for them to take photos. Bring your phone/camera. Parking free on a nearby lot. Relax & enjoy the ride!

We decided to try parasailing for the first time with Paradise Water Sports. It was located in a convenient place. We parked for free about a mile away and walked over to the harbour area. It was a little confusing where we were supposed to go because all of those little harbour-side hutches had the same address. So we just kept asking people until we got there. Once we arrived, there were no problems. The boat drove out and around the area to AC/DC playing loud. We took some great pictures of the shoreline. You can bring your own camera and take pictures and videos, even while up in the air. The crew were nice and we had a good time. I uploaded a video of our experience to YouTube, titled: "Paradise Water Sports - Parasailing FULL VIDEO TOUR (Honolulu, Hawaii)". Would go again!

Amazing, out of the world experience! I am a non-swimmer, thats why we opted for scooter. Nacho was our scooter guide, he brought a sea creature and put it in my hand. There were tons of fishes around us. The best part was snorkeling. James made me confident and helped me snorkel which would not be possible without his patience. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, and whales in our trip. Talking with Chad was inspiring. LOVED the whole experience!! The best part of our trip! Cannot wait to come again!!

This experience was my family's favorite part of our whole trip!! Chad, James, Dean and John were incredible guides for our boating experience. My husband went scuba diving while the kids and I snorkeled. We had a package, so the kids got to use the slide, trampoline, paddleboard, and kayak. We were out for more than two hours. The crew provides snacks and drinks (non alcohol). Chad, the captain, is a nice guy, laid back. He let the kids jump off the top of the boat (it's safe) and it made their day. James had a watchful eye on my kids the entire time, which made it easy for me to relax and do my own thing. We also saw grey whales and dolphins. Amazing trip. These guys made it unreal for us! Don't forget to top BIG at the end. They deserve it!!

One of the best experiences i had while in Hawaii! Booking over the phone was easy but the dude was not the most friendly(It was super early in the morning). Once we got to the docks the experience was all aces! The same guy we booked with greeted us and was very kind. The 2 gentlemen who were on the parasailing boat were amazing. Our comfort and safety were always number one. They offer taking pictures for a small fee and you get to keep the memory card. We had some people get seasick in our group and they did everything in their power to make those people comfortable. The parasailing felt very safe for myself and my 9 year old son. What an amazing was to see parts of the island!

The last time I went parasailing in this area, they stuck a big random dude in between me and my sister. This time around, I made it a point not to book with that other company again. I found Paradise Watersports on Groupon, and they happened to have a sale that day (77 for two 750-foot towline a 7 pp fee when you get there), so we went with it. I originally wanted to book a 2 pm one, but when I called, they recommended we go out 9 am, because that's when the best conditions are (could get windier later in the day). We got there at around 8:50, but make sure you get there early enough to give yourself time to park and look for the meeting spot (the place is a little hard to find. Look for Waikiki Marine Sports Center.) There's a paid parking lot for 1 an hour. We paid for two hours to be safe, but really only needed one. Aside from me and my BF, there were three other couples on our boat, so it went pretty quickly. We were the first couple to go up, so we didn't think of giving our phones to another couple to snap pictures, but that's what everyone else after us did. You can also purchase one of their photo packages and the guy will snap pics for you. Once you're up there, you get sweeping views of Waikiki and Diamondhead in the distance. It was a little cloudy the day we went, but still beautiful nonetheless. The parasail lasts probably about 7 minutes or so, and then they dip you in the water at the end. When I parasailed with the other company, I think it was 1,000 feet but it honestly didn't make a huge difference. You're a little higher, but the views are just as good with the 750. Definitely recommend, if you're looking for a quick and easy parasailing experience.

Yes, setting up your appointment on the phone isn't the smoothest transaction. However, once you arrive it is a very smooth operation. The guys who took us parasailing were awesome and professional! We always felt safe and had a lot of fun on the boat ride our and the parasailing itself.
