We did a throwing pottery class a few weeks ago which was brilliant. Great instruction, very descriptive and informative. Today we went back and painted the bisk fired bowls/vase/jug we had made. There were plenty of colours to choose from and the staff were on hand to answer any questions and to give advice. Lovely experience the whole way through, can't wait to see them once they've been fired!

Just been today for a taster on the potters wheel as a surprise for my girlfriends birthday. We had a wonderful time. There were 2 of us next to each other with a wheel each and had great tuition where we made what resembled an bowl and a vase/jug thing each (it’s not as easy as it looks) Felt very safe with good Covid precautions but still top quality guidance at a distance. Our items will be fired over the next couple of weeks and are very much looking forward to returning to paint them. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Great items, lovely shop and lovely thing to do with children/friends alike. One particularly lovely young man in there. Huge shame however as shall never be returning here and big let down to whole atmosphere and experience in general is a certain individual, whom works at front of house. An older lady with a crutch, I have never experienced such abismal customer 'service' and attitude. I would have left the place if I had not previously promised a child a trip here. Due to current covid situation (understandably so) certain conditions in place here such as 72 hour isolation if any ceramic products are touched. We were stood behind and watched, rudely, pressurised into deciding what figurine we wished to paint, My toddler, pointed at a plate, to which this member of staff, shouted \isolate it now! We have another one!\ To the poor young man, she was rude to I witnessed on several occasions. There are many ways to say things. You do not need to make a small child cry, on what is supposed to be a day out. She could have simply picked it up, and moved it to follow protocol, without the need of creating other customer discomfort and my customer upset and outrage at making my child so upset for a needless reason. I remarked, we have been in shielding, so there is no need for so much outcry, not to dismiss the need to do this, but to calm the atmosphere. She then abrutly said \doesn't matter\ and rudely proceeded to remind us they were shutting in an hour. Terrible terrible expierence, I was tempted to not pick up the pottery from this place, but that would have been a waste of 29. Will never return and shall certainly hold this as a memory when asked about this place by friends and family in the area.

Visited while on holiday in the area and a lovely time was had by all three adults! Impressed with the selection of pottery and how quickly they had them ready for us to collect, as we explained we were not local! We tried the milkshakes after reading the other reviews, and were not disappointed. We will likely return here if in the area again.
