Much appreciation to Chris Crompton and Olly who went out of their way under careful Covid safe conditions in lockdown to make make sure I could pick up my \Click and Collect\ vehicle. They could not have been more considerate. Thanks too to David Martin who had taken me through the remote purchase which Chris then took forward with care , humour and diligence. Businesses who genuinely look after customers this way deserve to do well. Oh, and I am happy with the car.

Excellent service. My only criticism is that while they know what process they are going through while using their i pad when you are buying a new vehicle it should be clearly explained to the customer as they are carrying out this work. I felt a little left in the dark what I needed to do.

Car collection and service all went smoothly but I was disappointed that the complimentary car wash and vac was not completed. I asked in advance if this was included when booking so no explanation for the oversight unless the check procedures laid down by Toyota are not being followed properly. First time I have used this garage so will check around for recommendations on other Toyota dealers in the area.

My car developed a fault whilst on holiday the staff at Snows couldn't have been more helpful. They got me on the road again in good time with the minimum of fuss. I particularly liked the video they sent me of the work carried out. Although this garage is 3 hours drive from my house I even contemplated taking it here for its next service. Thank you Mike and your team.
