Just needed battery for key fob. Only charged 1.20 where local Renault dealer wanted 6 for the same last year. Always good to see local businesses playing fair

Hi I purchased my skoda from harts back in September what a really easy experience from a very helpful team. I had a small fault on the boot which I took back to them to repair I thought I was covered under the warranty but not having checked properly I wasn't, completely my fault but they fitted it for me at no cost to me. Now that's what I call customer service

Called in on the off chance of finding a small cheaper car. Nick was very helpful. Best car buying experience I have ever had. And all with a smile. on a very miserable wet day. Only thing missing was a cup of coffee. , well done!!!!!
