I donated some items of furniture to Homestore and the service I received was first class. The communication was good and the items were picked up on on the date and time arranged. Everything went very smoothly and someone has benefited from the items I no longer required. Great Service

i donated my sofa and arm chair homestore said what time they where going to pick up furniture .Arrived on time and where very quick in the removal of furniture.Natalie was very helpful james grace

Brilliant service. I have used this facility a few times now, and its great to know your furniture can be reused. The team were professional, on time, polite and helpful and I would not hesitate to contact them again if I have more items to donate. I also appreciated the follow up contact I received, letting me know how things have been given another home. Many thanks to all involved with Quaker Homestore!

Not friendly in fact extremely rude and abusive staff that we have experienced on our last visit and since then didn't even go near it. Used to be a great place with nice and helpful staff and volunters. Unfortunately was never same again after the management and some staff changes

I donated various pieces of furniture. The service I received was excellent from prompt answering of emails and collection time. The collection team were very professional and polite. I've no hesitation in recommending Homestore to anyone.
