Sealy wanted inspector to inspect a replaced faulty mattress. So they hired Home serve who believe that a 5 month old mattress costing 1400 was an invalid claim? I will leave this photo for your own judgment on the company

Needed repair to furniture from Oak furnitureland, restorer turned up on time, assessed the problem and worked on it till it could not be seen. He was polite and professional and informed me of after care. Would recommend.

Poor. James Jones attended to fit wardrobe doors that had been replaced. He left before we could properly check and when we realised he hadn't done what he should have he didn't reply to any attempted calls or messages for the rest of day. Nor did he reply the next. He would have clearly known there was still damage when he left, so it is deceitful rather than sloppy. The magnets are broken and don't line up, so the doors don't hold shut. Rather than explaining to us he might need to order parts, he has shot off quickly claiming work has been done, then ignored contact attempts on his mobile that he called us from prior to attending. We will no doubt now need to sit in a call queue for over an hour to the furniture company we ordered from to re book another appointment.

Friendly and helpful technician. Homeserve were appointed to sort out an issue with a new sofa that arrived damaged from Oak Furnitureland. We were given an appointment and Homeserve kept us updated during the process. The technician arrived on time and was polite, friendly and immediately explained the repair process. He quickly and efficiently sorted out the issue with the sofa and it's now probably stronger than it was to begin with. Top service

If the company you bought a furniture from is going to send HomeServe to assess the problem, be very aware! These guys are very dodgy! We bought a sliding wardrobe from Benson For Beds. Two months later the sliding doors were getting jammed so we were unable to open the doors. Contacted Benson For Beds. To assess the problem, they sent a guy from HomeServe, who literally pulled wool over our eyes. When determining if floor is even or not, he intentionally put the spirit level on top of an elevated screw on the base, held the long spirit level on one side, so it went on an angle. Took a picture of the spirit level and reported the floor is uneven! When we asked him to show us the spirit level again, he got up and quickly left. When we used our spirit level avoiding the screw, the level is fine. BensonForBeds have said they will only go with this \independent\ report that our floor is uneven. The HomeServe guy literally scammed us in front of our eyes! EDIT: To your response, please refer to my photos of the same site in the wardrobe just avoiding the screw - the level is fine showing that the floor is even. Your technician always placed his long spirit level on TOP of this screw (probably even in the pictures he is not holding it to one side! ) Would like to see these pictures btw. When we realised what he was doing and asked him to show the level to us, he very quickly left the scene. If he is confident our floor is not even, why could he not show us the levels?
