Westwood Students Mews is a fantastic place to live, all the staff are very nice here. I am a Chinese student, Candice is a friendly staff who can communicate with us by using English and Chinese；it is quite easy and helpful for us to request any benefits and improvement. She and other staffs are very dedicated and considerate of students—for example, they helping us to settle and adjust a suitable timetable for our free shuttle bus. By the way, the 24 hours security and shuttle bus service are very reassuring me. I love this student accommodation. Anyway, the management here is great! Hoping it would be better in the future! ——Shiyi Yang

I think Covid has exposed how distasteful this company is, and I would NEVER recommend this place to any students. They will not reply to any emails unless THEY WANT SMTH FROM U. They will not refund ANYONE even though you might not live there at all. Makes me wonder if they are claiming business remedy from the government and taking customers' money at the same time. Morally unjustifiable?

I like this lovely apartment, its price is low but its equipment is very new! Because it’s a new department built in this two years! And all the staffs here are very patient and peaceful, especially Candice, a Chinese girl in the reception, she is very very kind and super professional, trying to give us most discount and daily help, she is really lovely. In the beginning I thought here is too far to the Warwick campus, but when they provide the shuttle bus, everything has became convenient! Overall, I enjoy my life here.

Over the course of staying at Westwood Student Mews for my 2nd and 3rd year I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there :) The site is spacious and facilities suit all needs. In particular, Jack (the maintenance man!) is incredibly helpful and has really gone above and beyond to sort out any issues- big or small. It is really appreciated. I look forward to spending the rest of my third year here.
