For my first time there I got the “classic” with pulled lobster mixed with homemade lemon-flavored and chives mayonnaise, .... It was a great sandwich (see the 3 different cuts of this sandwich on my review). However, I think that maybe lobster being an expensive product could have been brought more into the sandwich, by using less sauce (mayonnaise). But the idea of using a brioche instead of normal bread is genius I think ! The crunchiness of the brioche comes to complete the softness of the filling ... Price : 18

Very interesting concept. The staff is very welcoming and nice. I recommend the Amarillo, a little bit spicy. The buns are very good and all in all it’s a place you should visit. Only 4 stars because the place is a little bit too pricey...

Friendly and enthusiastic service. They were so enthusiastic in explaining the different menu items that I didn't want to interrupt them to tell them I am already familiar with everything and grew up eating lobster rolls, lol.

Epic, tasty and fresh lobster rolls, in a toasted soft bun. Better than any I've had in Paris before, highly recommended. (17 to 26 euro per portion/size variety) Just Yummy :)

Good place to stop by at Marais. A bit pricey but where else can you enjoy a lobster roll in a cool Place? Friendly staffs help you get the right flavor. I wish they had french fries

The window boasts the best lobster roll in the world. It was definitely not the best, but not bad either. Though extremely pricey for what you get. The buttery brioche is what makes it good. Lobster itself came out of the fridge and was still cold when you take a bite. Not 17 well spent...
