Having already been to B&Q this morning, and leaving because their customer service was non-existent, I decided to shop local instead. Staff at Homepoint were fantastically helpful, I got everything I needed for a DIY project and saved money compared to buying in the bigger stores. Would definitely recommend.

Took a pond filter box down yesterday expecting to spend some time in the plumbing aisle messing with bits but unfortunately the covid regulations meant I couldn't go and look myself. No bother, the chap who works there spent quite a bit of time back and forth to the aisle for me and between us we managed to figure out how to get my bodged filter all sorted for nice and cheap. Really nice people, would definitely recommend.
