Rang the surgery as I was in pain, and had an appointment the following day. Reception was very helpful, friendly and understanding. Treatment day went with the usual efficiency and friendliness I’ve come to expect from Homemill; couldn’t wish for better support.
The clinic staff was very kind and polite. The doctor did a thorough check of my teeth and explained very clearly what the problems are and told me what treatment would be best. That made me feel safe.
As a new patient I felt cared for straight away, treated as a person as well as a patient. My treatment was not straight forward due mainly to external circumstances, but all problems were swiftly tackled and solved.
