Solid program for success for the homeless. The shelters are clean and well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have food, clothes, toiletries and bedding. The director, Jeannie, goes above and beyond for her clients. The are able to connect clients with outside agencies who will continue to be solid resources for success.

Staff is very rude and disrespectful, they talk behind people's backs. They have way too many rules. Sure make a person coming out of a domestic situation feel trapped and moralized.

Too many rules and the woman who was supposed to be telling me everything about the place was in a hurry because she wanted to go to lunch with a man and was upset that she even had to interview me. Not proper manners in my book.

This place really is a place of hope. They are strict, they require you to pass a drug test before being allowed in the facility. They people were really nice and helpful. They require tou to have a chore in the morning and you have to do it before leaving the house, everyone has one morning chore. The building is really nice. They have a play room for children, a tv room, three bathroom, two showers, a full kitchen, and common area furniture. It is a women and children only shelter. They also require you to keep track of what you did during the day and have a witness signature, a phone number of the person you talked to, how long you were there, etc. It is really good to help people organize themselves and their time to help them move forward in life.
