I came across Homefind Solutions on social media and got in contact and so pleased we did as I am writing this review from the living room of our new home. Homefind Solutions sold our house and found our forever home before even going to the market. Several people I know have used Homefind Solutions and have all said positive things. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and Alan to any family and friends wanting to move for lots of different reasons. They are both friendly, helpful, easy-going, down to earth, normal, professional and passionate. They know what they are talking about and are very good at what they do. Mark and Alan have very different personalities but they both work great together and compliment one another. Alan is absolutely hilarious and Mark is my favourite one, sorry Alan Thankyou both for all of your help and we wish you both the best of luck for your future and we hope your business continues to keeping growing bigger and bigger. Recently purchased a property from Homefind. Alan and mark are absolutely fantastic at what they do, they are honest, genuine professionals who provide great service. The chain I was involved in was not the easiest but homefind kept communication with me all the time and also chased the entire chain multiple times. 10/10 for everything, 100% recommend. I had not heard of Homefind before but after meeting with several local estate agents I engaged Homefind as I found them knowledgeable about the market, realistic about the sale price, accommodating in carrying out viewings plus their rate to sell my house was very competitive. The photographs they took were excellent. Buying or selling a house is not with out its ups and downs - yet Alan kept me sane through the latter stages of the process. He would go out of his way to try to resolve any obstacles and once the sale was progressing he provided updates on a regular basis.
Excellent service from beginning to end of the purchase of a first buy to let property. Was regularly communicated with and offered lots of advice and support. Would highly recommend and use again.
I highly recommend Alan and Mark, Our sale hasn't been the easiest through the covid situation but they kept it together, communication and support has been superb. Many thanks from one very happy household of new home owners.
