The staff helped me find a replacement light bulbs for a spot light. I had been to another store without any luck so was very pleased to get what I needed. A lovely store with lots of really good choices. Came home with more than planned! Definitely worth the trip.

A decent size store and helpful friendly staff. My biggest issue is that screwfix is opposite with many small items such as screws and fixes just a fraction of the price. Nice selection of lawnmower, bbqs and garden furniture though. Worth a look.
After selecting what we wanted to purchase we were told they could not deliver as it was out of their range. We live 10 miles away from the store. They then offered us to purchase online. But the charge was 12-20 more expensive. No other options offered. We left he store, went onto Amazon, purchased the exact same item cheaper and with free delivery. Problem solved! Was incredibly disappointed and they just are no longer a competitive or practical place to shop.

was made to feel welcome and at ease from the get go, couple members of staff were brilliant. only knew one of their names Pam. easy transaction to take back some tiles we had left over. thank you so much pam she is very much a people's person.
