Plenty of parking. Good range of plants for indoor and out.

A good selection of products but there never seems to be enough staff around when you need to ask a question. Those that are there are very helpful though.

Nice spacious car park. Good social distancing. I don't understand why there are no customer toilets in this establishment. I had to cut my visit short. Would have happily given a 5-star rating

Faulty product. Went to return the faulty product but warranty was a month out of date as we couldn't visit the store due to store closure during Lockdown and us shielding afterwards. Staff wasn't interested in that. Their response was we have been open so you should have come in earlier. Really?? NB: They don't even answer phone calls at store which we tried before going to store and numerous times before the warranty expired.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. The range is fantastic, and all the plants were in great condition. We bought our Christmas tree with 75% off as we're so close to Christmas. Bargain! Just moved into the area and very pleased to have this Homebase so close to us. We'll be returning many more times.
