Staff are not very helpful, one of them watched me struggle getting a large item off the shelf and on to my trolly, the items packaging was in no fit state to hold its contents and subsequently ended up with most of it on the floor, they then still stood watching as I picked the bits up and put them back in the box from which they came. I will be sticking to wicks or b&q from now on.

Doing well in the circumstances. Store was full and got a couple of things extra to what we wanted
Full shelves. Pretty empty so shopping us easy
Still has the kids slide at the back but the café has gone which is a slight shame as liked that when it was Bunnings. I know you don't go there for the cake but it was a nice extra. Very big store, lots of things in it.
Visited for an outdoor electrical box as they had \17\ in stock. Travelled 30miles and upon my arrival I search for the item, I asked a grumpy older lady where I could find said item, she replied \down there on the left\ and if they are not there then they are out of stock. I told her that they were In stock online and she replied \so!?\ I decided that I would buy a Christmas light anyway as I was with my daughter, the person at the til wouldn't even said hello when both my daughter and I greeted her when ready to pay. Overall I will never go back and it makes me understand why Homebase as a business is struggling. Avoid
