Rachel responded immediately when I messaged her late at night to come and put my elderly dog to sleep. Even though we weren't really in her area she came out and was extremely compassionate and professional in her approach. She also sent a lovely message afterwards, a very much appreciated touch. Thoroughly recommend

Rachel was absolutely wonderful with our dog - he was extremely unwell on Boxing Day and we knew he would have to be put to sleep to save his pain. Not only did she agree to come out on Boxing Day to help us, she was so calm and compassionate. As it turned out, when she arrived, our dog was already dying naturally. She treated him with the utmost respect. She didn't need to use any drugs to help him on his way, and reduced the already extremely reasonable cost further as a result. We really appreciated her being there to be able to confirm when our lovely friend had finally passed and her kind nature was much appreciated. Thank you. We would thoroughly recommend Rachel for your pet.

After Rachel's visit today. I honestly cannot see any benefit of going to a normal vet. Professional service and amazing price. Really nice person too. Would 100% recommend. My cat definitely appreciated the service.
