The worst place so far.. they treat people with disrespect.. this days animal get treated better.. they just don't care about you or your case or your situation.. All the people who works there ar Immigrant for themself and few don't speak properly English and on top of that ar treating the immigrants in very bad way.. disgusting. Security guards are good well experienced especially the young lads.. The system there is really bad.. Check pic one by one as I have followed the queue. That's a loooong queue.. waiting time is 2-3 hours ... DISGUSTING

The staff are actually very friendly and helpful. I do not know why people are complaining about the home office here. I think they are doing a great job. I have never been mistreated in anyway. And would like to thank them all for their hard work.
I have been reporting this place since 2013, surely they don’t seems happy to see us ,the counter officer are pretty much better then the officer who let us in , No matter it’s raining ,cold, storm we have to join long que , no humanity
I expect good service when I make a charged phone call from New Zealand. Staff who answered my call was not being helpful at all, not to mention good service. He talked to me like hes had enough of his wife.
