BB was definitely reviewing the wrong shop, the guy that works there is very friendly, I have also used this shop for years and I know for a fact that he would exchange anything faulty that was bought in his shop.

I think BB must be in the wrong shop this guy works his socks off to help his customers have been using this shop for 3 years now always get a bargain and a friendly welcome

Poor service and disgusting violent behaviour from staff! Not acceptable, refuse to give refunds on their faulty stuff even with a receipt... Try to tell you that you didn’t buy it there and still you have proof of purchase STILL no refund. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy
