Beginning at the time last year when I first contacted Bill of Home Helpers of Central Connecticut, I felt that he had my family's best interests at heart. After listening to me describe our situation, Bill set up a face-to-face meeting with my sister and me in order to learn more about my mother who is suffering from advanced Alzheimer's disease. Bill's compassion and obvious desire to provide the best match in terms of home care staff put us at ease during a stressful time. As our history with Home Helpers has progressed, Bill and Jennifer have always been extremely responsive to my mother's increasing needs. Through Home Helpers' online \Family Room\ we have continual access to daily notes made by our extremely caring and competent home care agent. My sister and I both feel that we couldn't have possibly made a better choice with home care for my mom.

This agency would not place anyone with me because they were not able to help someone who has a dog. They were very slow to return calls and I would dissuade anyone from using them.
