It saddens me to say that Home Decor Omagh have unfortunately lost their customer service mantra. Their is zero enthusiasm, zero helpfulness and a sense that the 2 ladies do not want to be there, at all. As for the man who works there, he not just lacks customer service, he also lacks manners. Unfortunately I will no longer find my self in the shop again. This is so unfortunate as I used to love going in and throwing about ideas. In an era where local shops need our custom more than ever I do think Home Decor need to step back and look at their over all service.

I bought all my exterior paint for my house and for the fence from them , 450 worth. I wanted to EXCHANGE my oil based front door paint to water based . I thought that it was a very reasonable request. Unfortunately it seemed like l was asking for the moon and stars. The staff are not helpful at all

If I could give no stars I would..staff so unfriendly and not willing to help or give advice. Unfortunately the service is nil compared to when super Francie and the older staff members were there .I used to do all my DIY shopping here but I will never be back. The place and staff have completely changed as I said before to the worst
