We shopped in your Greenock store today (1/10/2020,) and found it an extremely pleasant experience. Our purchases were priced very reasonably indeed and though the checkout queue was long, it moved rapidly. This was thanks to the efficiency of your workers. We were lucky enough to be served by Tammy C. She was friendly and professional. She joked with us, which did not deter from her giving excellent customer service. We wanted to purchase packing boxes, but you had none. We asked Tammy C if we could have a couple of old boxes from previous deliveries. She smiled and said, \of course.\ She called to a supervisor telling her our request. The Supervisor smiled at us pleasantly, then quickly produced 3 excellent boxes. These two ladies are a credit to your management and staff. If these ladies are representative of your firm, your business is safe.
Shelves were full, cheap prices and nice staff.
