What a great expérience. I was restoring an older Ducane grill. I stop in and was met by the owner. The owner and her husband helped me with the parts i needed for the ignitor system. They were very friendly and helpful. The prices were also resonible. This is a MUST stop for anything from parts to a new grill. Support our local family owned business
The customer service representative that helped me on the phone today was wonderful. I believe her name was teekay. She took the time to help me fix. This is a new adventure for me. I have never tried to fix my grill but my husband has passed away and he loved the grill so it’s very important to me to fix it. I can not say enough how patient she was with me. Thank you again. What a great company
I just wanted to let The BBQ Depot know that I truly appreciate all the time that the customer service representative took with me. She was so kind and was very patient explaining everything to me. I called in about a grill part that should work on my grill and for some reason would not. The kind lady searched for 20 minutes trying to work through this for me for a part less than thirty dollars, all the while prepping for a hurricane! I cannot say more about customer service! This will now be my first stop looking for grill parts!
