Called to make a new patient appointment for my daughter. After waiting nearly 15 minutes after being told to hold by two different people they then proceeded to tell me they will call me back and that they have no new patients availability. By all means, but the attitude from the woman assisting me was uncalled for as it was only my first time EVER calling. Judging from the reviews, i don’t even know how this practice is still open. Thank god for high call volume.
Unlike everyone else, I actually had a good experience at this office. The young lady that gave me an appointment was very kind & gave me the time date that I was looking for. When I got to the actual visit, the office personnel was extremely nice & professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable & professional as well. The office could use a good cleaning & when I mentioned that, the staff let me know that they are relocating soon & apologized for the inconvenience. Anytime that I had to a message, my phone call was returned promptly.
I have to agree. Filthy unkempt office, rude disorganized staff, and if you hang on thru all the garbage the doctors are nice but not that good and there's better out there. I recommend UM, per the nurses at JD. There's a satellite office in Weston.
Dr Tano himself is so wonderful and caring. He has a great bedside manner and took excellent care of my daughter while in the NICU and for a year after she was discharged. Nicest man who takes his time with his patients and is genuinely interested in the Health and Wellness of his pediatric patients. He has years of Experience and is very knowledgable. He kept us well informed and provided the best treatment available.
