This place puts OUTRAGEOUS prices on their inventory. Like 109 a month for twenty-four months on a basic Frigidaire 28 inch freezer top refrigerator???? That's a price tag of over 2,600. For 2,600 I can get a Samsung Smart Refrigerator and a brand new front loading washer and dryer set!! DO THE MATH PEOPLE!! SEE WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!! Rolls-Royce Prices for Toyota quality.....No thanks!!!

This is the worst experience every!! In store was very lackadaisical service but was there to schedule my delivery. When I did, I Scheduled a delivery between 3-7pm first no one called me to give me a status update. I had to call the store 3 times just to find out where my furniture was. Then when I got a hold of the driver (at 6pm) he tried to ask me if he could reschedule my delivery. I told him no because I had been waiting all day for it and I left work early just to be here for it. Lastly I called back at 7:30pm and they told me I would receive it at 9pm! Also when I did call they told me the store was closed and the site says 8pm! Absolutely horrible. Who does the hiring here \u200d️ I would give no stars but it’s not possible. Someone from their corporate office needs to do something about this service it’s unacceptable.
So far my experience with this store is less than a star. The 2 gentleman that I spoke with over the phone were very short with me when asking questions as if I was bothering or disturbing them. I've never experienced this with Aaron's. If this were not the location recommended for my online purchase I would not ever want to deal with them. I do plan on calling their corporate store to make a formal complaint. It's very apparent that no Customer Service training was required upon being hired. I'm a Customer asking questions. I'm not familiar with your location on process. Being cut off and interrupted is just not the way to keep attract one's business nor keep it. First and last time for me.
