Pancakes were good.

Live music created a nice atmosphere; the burgers were good, but the fries not so. The cocktails were disappointing too, way to sweet and not much alcohol.

Nice ambiance, good food and correct prices.

Friendly, staff. The interior is impeccable, however the food is a real catastrophe and a head scratching curiosity. I've eaten at Holly's 3 times, each time trying to find something good in the menu, but get the sense the persistent low quality is deliberate and not smart in the long run. The food is not horrible, but it is certainly, solidly, mediocre and not cheap. Sad, considering how great the decor and staff are. I would plea with the owners to change suppliers and increase the food quality a notch. As an example, Burger King has exceptionally good hot wings, whereas Holly's chicken wings are greasy, watery with a forgettable coating. The milkshake was 60 percent liquid and 40 percent whipped cream. The pies, well, somebody needs to visit the USA to grasp the reality of real American pies, your serving up fake pie. The first visit I had a slice and it was cold, drab and tasted as if it had sat far, far in the back of Uncle Bob's fridge for 2 months. How the French are rating this restaurant 4 and 5 stars, its an absolute jaw dropping miracle, glad to see it and hope Holly's survives - but I predict it will not if the owner keeps serving up tourist trap level food. Don't forget Holly's owners and management, you are right next to McDonalds, Les 3 Brasseurs, Pizza and a Steak house, people have a choice and each time I walk by Holly's there are less and less people in Holly's vs the other restaurants that are packed to the rafters.
