An amazing facility for both horse and rider. But management erratic and controlling. the current indoor boarders have just been given an eviction notice to leave the facility. This happened today September 2nd 2019. Its such a pity as facility is beyond expectation amazing. Any facility such as this requires a manager to relieve owners of the day to day operations. I can appreciate the decision the owners made but they could have given the current indoor boarders 2-3 months notice. Their decision is like a time bomb. No notice no appreciation of the incredible pressure created by their decision. Boarders are left angry and concerned for their horses. The owners have always been concerned by their reputation in the horse community. If horse owners can't confidently depend on their horses care the reputation is doomed non existent..Owners were not acknowledge and appreciated as they went beyond expectation to extent themselves give the current situation. No thanks only criticism.

Well - I was at HollyOaks for two years 2017 & 2018. The care the first year was decent but somewhat erratic. The second year staff turnover was very high. Management was difficult to deal with and couldn’t keep staff. I paid 1000/month for Gold Service - which was supposed to include all day turnout and was stalls etc. Had very little shavings - in fact my horse had urine rash dally and developed thrush. Turnout was minimal - two hours a day at most. The place was impeccable but clients were not allowed to use hoses to bathe horses, or leave fingerprints on any surfaces including garbage cans. True story - Check their Instagram account. Rules changed daily. Clients were amazing but blamed for everything. Client turn over very high. Could write more but wouldn’t even be believable. #gongshow
Incredibly large facility with immaculately well kept facilities. Linda and her husband are outstanding to work with, super loving people. A highly recommended place!!! Tony S.
