Holly House Cottage

Lovely cottage! We were 2 small families staying for 4 nights at the lovely Hollyhouse cottage - and only wish we could have stayed for longer! The cottage is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The indoor heated swimming pool is perfect and a great size and very well looked after! Unfortunately we didnt get to use the huge gardens and tennis court as much as we would have liked to (no fault of the owners, weather was not on our side). There was more than enough to do within the cottage, an extensive range of books to read! Carol's communication before and during our stay was excellent, she truely is a great and friendly host. All in all we couldn't have asked for more and are already planning a future visit, this time when the weather is better! Stayed early November 2018. Thank you so much Carol Jo & Bal Bhogal

What a hidden gem. Just returned from a very enjoyable stay at Holly House cottage, West Lutton. The cottage was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner Pam was lovely and so welcoming and went the extra mile with cake and other goodies to greet us. It is in a perfect location for visiting York and the coast. What's more we had a whole week with no rain. I would definitely return to Holly House and would recommend it to anyone.
