Excellent, empathetic and experienced staff, can’t recommend them enough. From telephone booking to fitting of glasses an excellent service, not expensive and all carried out with care. Whole family have been with Hollands for years, wouldn’t go anywhere else and recommend to many.

Holland Opticians is without a doubt the best opticians experience I have had in my 26 years of wearing glasses. My appointments have been primarily with the wonderfully kind and intelligent Kirsty, who upon learning that I am a chronic (daily) migraine sufferer took the time to dive in to a number of potential additions (coloured lenses, vista mesh etc.) to my glasses that could help to ease the symptoms. This is the first time that my condition has been directly addressed in my eyecare, and over the last 9 months Kirsty and the team at Holland Opticians have worked with me to find the best possible option for my new glasses (even constant communication safely through the pandemic!). On that note, I'm also very impressed with the safety procedures in place, and with the fantastic help of Simon I was able to find a pair of frames I liked whilst navigating the minimal contact and face-mask procedures. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend Holland Opticians for their personal, professional, and innovative approach to eye care, and their friendly and knowledgeable team!
The care taken at this Opticians is second to none. I came with a nervous daughter and left with a contact lense wearer! Honestly Jim was brilliant, so patient and couldn’t have made us feel more comfortable and confident. Thank you so much.
My daughter saw Kirsty today for an appointment, so helpful and understanding. Arranged for her to have a contact lens lesson with one of the ladies (who’s name I don’t remember) again was very helpful, patient and understanding. Anne then helped my daughter with her new glasses. The previous appointment we have tried on half of the shop, once again always happy, helpful and friendly. As a family we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Eye care, customer service is there top priority and they all seem to love there job. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic diagnosis by Mr Styles - looks like I'm finally going to get help with the reading difficulties (slow, tiring) which have plagued me my whole life. Plus everyone in the practice is cheerful and helpful. The dispensing optician, Simon Roper, helped me find super frames within my budget. Nothing was too much trouble......
