Very helpful & certainly seem to know their products. Good prices & good offers. Very good deals with subscriptions & their loyalty card is worth having, unlike most!

Still not received My complete order but staff in store seem nice and polite Store could do with being in bigger unit!
Called uo today to ask if there’s any vacancies for a colleague transfer the manager Jenny was very rude and blunt, if that’s how she treats colleagues then I dread to think how she talks to her customers, I wouldn’t dream about talking to my colleagues the way she did
Jenny and Sammi are extremely helpful.I visit most mornings and always greeted with a smile. They always help point me in the direction of anything they think maybe of interest to me.
Fantastic range of products in such a small space. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
