The staff at the Wolverhampton branch have always been very friendly/helpful and welcoming. I suffer with Borderline personality disorder amongst other things and for me to feel comfortable anywhere the place has to have friendly beings whom we feel safe around and that's not easy to find in Wolverhampton, this is one of the few shops where we feel we can go and look around for a while instead of feeling rushed which is a huge deal. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff who always do their best to make us feel safe and for being so helpful. You're all amazing

Really friendly staff who actually make time to explain any products that you're unsure of. Great place to shop
Staff are well aware of products they sell, very informative and eager to help. Managed to sign up for a loyalty card despite one member of staff on the till and a few customers waiting to be served.
Very good deals to choose from especially the buy one get the other for a penny
Lovely store. I always get my Manuka honey from here:)
