I went to Holland - Barrett in my fourtys like a lot people do when they start to fall apart and tryed many of their products, when you get to your 50s you realise it's old age and nothing will stop you from falling apart, some of those tablets in Holland & barrett are over 20, oil tablets are not going to save your joints, may make them last a bit longer if you stay in bed all day, devils claw tablets what on earth are those, blue berrie tablets to make you see in the dark, it's all nonsense, the magazine they sell eggs you on to buy their stuff, the nuts & some of the other food stuff will atleast feed you but at a much higher price than Lidl
