First time I've ordered these candles, and I'm so happy with them. Having plant-based wax means we're not burning regular candles, which release petroleum fumes in our home! These burn clean and fresh and give a lovely feel. I also love that I can use my own candle holders for varied visual effects. Small issues are that they come wrapped in a a thin film of plastic which cannot be recycled — I'd love it if they were wrapped in paper or another recyclable material. Also, they were packaged with small foam noodles, and I'm not sure if these are recyclable, either. *EDIT*: The supplier got in touch to let me know these are biodegradeable — great! Sometimes the wick doesn't light or relight — I need to turn the candles on their side to burn down the wax around the wick for it to light properly. *EDIT*: The supplier explained that because of natural materials they may take a little longer to light. Easy to fix: just hold the match to the wick for longer! I will order these again as I love having plant-based wax candles and ordering from a small company. I updated this review to 5 stars because of the stellar customer service I received in response to my review. Many thanks.

Holistic shop have been fantastic. I bought a ring months ago but it didn't fit (which will be due to my poor measuring not due to any inaccuarate info on their part). Unfortunately it was about the time of lockdown starting and for a long time I couldn't get out to the post office. They allowed me to wait months before I did and when I was able to send it for an exchange the second one didn't fit either. Again they allowed an exchange and I now have a lovely ring which I can wear. All the way through they were super quick, patient and helpful in their replies to my emails. Thank you very much to Daisy and holistic shop, I would definitely shop with you again and recommend your products and service.
