Staff very friendly good service. The room, our heating was not working so we was supplied with an electric heater which did the job. The walls of the room are very thin so we could hear the people next door going to the toilet watching TV and having sex which made it difficult to sleep as they had the TV on most of the night. The area itself is nice, a tipical city with easy access to most places. There are taxi numbers and prices at the front desk.

A very good clean quiet and convenient Location with friendly helpful staff. Everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Nicely located nr to Guildford town centre, Surrey sports Park and Surrey University campus and the A3 route to London and links to the M25.
We stayed here as a party of 6, 2 adults, 4 children. We were given two rooms which connected via internal doors which worked really well. Each had a king sized bed and a double sofa bed. Plenty of pillows and covers supplied. One of the sofa beds had a few slats missing at one end which would have been a problem if we'd had older, therefore longer members in the party as the mattress dipped considerably at that point and the set up of the sofa beds meant reaching the curtains was a feat of gymnastics but these were out only issues. Rooms were clean and had air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast is currently room service due to covid restrictions and for adults was a panini, children a chocolate brioche, and all had a yoghurt, juice drink, alpen bar and a fruit pot. We felt they'd done their best to provide a good variety. All in all a good trip and a place I'd book again
Was there as part of the Covid-19 Training with St. John Ambulance. The staff were attentive, professional and of good humour
This is a dated hotel. Rooms are spacious. The room rate is too high to be a sensible choice. The whole place feels old and unloved, dark, grey. Receptionists are welcoming, otherwise a bit dead.
