Usually have what I'm needing. Everyone is helpful, and seem to be knowledgeable about what they sell. Even though they are usually higher priced on pet food they will price match their competitors.

Not great. Went in looking for some barricade bar brackets and had trouble finding. We asked a female associate about them and she looked me right in the face and said \we don't carry those.\ So I went back to hardware and looked harder until I found them. One each of two different models. That's not exactly helpful. So basically their employees are either lying to avoid work or outright incompetent. Either way...not great.
