So happy I found Rip It Rip It Shred It. My old company went out of business and everyone else I called was ridiculous with pricing. They were so friendly and helpful, came when they said they would and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them

Joe and the guys are AWESOME !! They are fast responsive and professional. Never Had ANY ISSUE getting bins picked up in the last ten Years I always know my material is secure and shredded properly

I am very disappointed with their lack of communication. I have been working with RIP it SHRED it for about a year now, with not much issue other than the occasional no show to pick up my shred bin. However, today they collected my bin just to tell me that they are no longer servicing Nassau county, and left me high and dry with no bin causing me break contracts by leaving out sensitive material. Thank goodness, I was able to get another vendor in immediately. When asked, why this was not told to me last month so I had time hire an alternate company, they simply responded with \you did not receive a letter?\ No - I did not, and a PROFESSIONAL business would do a better job of notifying their current clients that they are cutting them off do to an area change, or at least accommodate for an additional few weeks, instead of leaving empty handed with absolutely no notice. VERY DISAPPOINTED, if you need steady reliability... I would probably go with an alternate shred company. Just my opinion D
