Shop for motorcycle repair, servicing and accessories. Plenty of helmet, gloves, boots and riding gear to choose from. Their price is reasonable for accessories and bike servicing. I have done a few round of servicing at this shop. So far no issues at all, just that sometime it can be quite a long wait for the service to be done.

Hey folks, I am a learner rider. I went down to Kaki Bukit because they seemed legit. Level 1 sells Trax helmets (PSB approved) for yall learners like me. The stock sells out pretty quickly, so don't expect to find every color of every model. Help yourself to try the helmets on. Moving on, level 2 has scorpion and HJC helmets. I couldn't put on the helmet without my mask and specs coming off. Turns out I didn't know how to wear the helmet the right way. Big shoutout to Jenny who works there. She helped me fit the helmet on and gave me a breakdown on all the options. She's very familiar with what helmets are good for beginners. She measure my head size and gave advice on what size of helm to buy. Go ask Jenny for some helps yall, don't be like me, walk around for 30 mins. Haha.

Visited the bike accessories shop recently. The last time I was here was around 10 years old, back then I found the staff rude so I didn't get anything. With the passage of time, perhaps they've improved. Fat hope, I was wrong. I left empty handed again as the staff was disinterested and rude. Maybe I'll return another 10 years later, or maybe not.

This shop has a nice concept for parts and accessories. However, I do agree that their customer service is still lacking in many ways. Late Jan 21 I contacted mechanic A asking if it is possible to repair the bike using external party lawyer claims. Since there was assurance, the bike was towed to this workshop. Mechanic A was impatient and gave calls asking to repair the bike. Even though a law firm rep explained the delay, they kept pestering. At a later stage, mechanic A texted "u want to repair your bike or not?". Being ignored, another text "you don't want ans phone". Few days later, I received a corny text from mechanic B asking about the cupboard purchase. At that point of time, no one knew it was mechanic B. A week later, a friend informed me that my bike has been posted in social media with a note. "We are requesting to check if the bike is stolen, or under COI transfer before making a police report in the next 48 hours. Please call our office if you have any information pertaining to our bike" It is so embarrassing especially they did not cover the plate number. I got my lawyer to call them about this matter. They are suppose to take down the post and apologise. However, only the post was taken down and no apologies given. Mechanic B explained to my lawyer that mechanic A do not understand English, thus the confusion. Firstly, how can mechanic A not understand English when he texted me in that language? Secondly, after this corny scenario, I towed my bike back and refer to other workshop that is 10 times better than this. This is the worst experience I faced. Bikers, think before you consider referring your machine here.
