In all honesty the place seems like a bit of a ‘tourist trap’. Overly selling quintessentially British items. Nonetheless here was my giant scone

This is a lovely quaint oldie Worldly building which gives this tea room an amazing atmosphere....It has a large menu to choose from we both had the cream teas only expecting one each but we got two each,we could not eat them both so took two home to eat later....The staff were very pleasant and welcoming overall a great little cafe to get some lovely refreshments....

A nice place I loved the decor and all the attention that was giving to the different rooms upstairs, which people can have their own little parties and not disturb others. They thought of all taste buds and provided a huge range of cakes to choose from. Covid-19 précaution is in place and before you seat down you need to write your details on the note pad at the front door. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered an apple pie and paid extra for the curated, but I didn’t like it. The pie was stodgy and there was hardly any custard and it was too thick.

Excellent friendly service and food and good Covid measures in place. The vegan sausage roll and cappuccino coffee were a delight. Soya milk options. The massive cream scones are legendary. Recommended when visiting Stratford upon Avon..less than a minutes walk from Shakespeare's Birthplace Museum on Henley Street. Outside tables too.

A really good cup of tea, accompanied by a mind-boggling choice of cakes. Despite the temptation of a HUGE cream scone (I just wasn't hungry enough to do it justice!) I was very happy with my final choice of a Gooseberry/Toffee Crumble Tart (probably not it's exact name) which was rich, but offset by the tartness of the gooseberries. Happy customer.
