Love this place! I bought a present for my niece recently that was cheaper in another store and the guy price matched it for me. One staff member was unhelpful on the phone about a product as she told me they had no fairy gardens for children -somehow I got the impression she was too lazy to check so went to the store anyway and there were loads to choose from -more than I imagined. Good job I trusted my instincts. Other than that previously all staff have been helpful which is why I kept to a 5 star rating. Not fair one person to ruin the well deserved rating that the rest of the team work hard to achieve great customer service. This store has everything and really inspires me with my art and new ideas. Thank you

Free parking, there's disabled spots to but no parent and child ones that I could see. It's a relatively big store and is well stocked up without being jammed packed. Usually between the aisles and near the pay point you'll find some deals, plus at the back right corner usually a clearance section. Theres a decent section for decorations you'd use at parties and weddings. Plenty of paint choices, along with a paint and craft section more suitable for children's use. At the back left there's a decent art section with different papers, pads, pencils, pens, paints etc.
A good selection of items and I like the way they have themed areas, e.g. At the moment they have a lot of Christmas items. The staff are good and it was easy to keep socially distant. Unfortunately it does seem that their modelling section gets smaller every time I visit. Parking is easy although it is sometimes difficult to leave the site because of the traffic on the main road
Absolutely lovely staff, finished taking my rabbit into pets at home next door and wanted to see if I could take my bunny with me into hobbycraft instead of waiting in the car. A kind member of staff said they allow dogs so didn't see why not. Lots of smiles and laughter with 3 members of staff at the checkout, what a lovely way to end the year. Have a good new year!
They are so helpful in here the service is great, any questions about just about any craft they will know the answer or find it for you.
