One of the bigger Hobbycraft stores in the local area. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Several times I've asked staff for their opinions on different resources I could use or on the amounts of each product I need. Always keen to help and hear about your projects. Store is clean and tidy. Aisles are usually kept tidy and clear. Often visited with a pushchair and a friend in a wheelchair and have never had any issues regarding access around the store. Lift has always been in working order. There can be a queue at the moment due to limiting numbers within the store, but the bollards show where to queue and it hasn't been a problem.

I can't comment on inside the store, as they were only doing click and collect due to Covid. The website was easy to use. Easily placed my order and chose where to collect. A text message came through the same day to tell me it was ready to collect. At the store I was met at the entrance by a friendly face, and was asked for my name. They fetched my order. Dead easy. No queues. No hustle and bustle.
Hobby craft Solihull is really living up to its name. If you enjoy making crafts as a hobby; it's your sure one-stop place to shop. I bought my sewing machine from hobby craft over a year ago. It has served me well thus far. It is a Singer machine and Hobby craft was top on the list of distributors to buy it from. It was ordered online for a pick up at Hobby craft Solihull branch the next day. Prompt and perfect model I wanted. Subsequently, I have gotten accessories for my sewing machine- footers, bobbin... you can get authentic singer accessories here. I also shop for haberdashery; they have a wife variety of colours and designs to choose from. When planning a party, it is usually easy to check for props that suit the party theme on the website to be sure before going in to shop for them. To be double sure, you can order the items online before 6pm to pick up the next day; as long as the order is up to 10. When I was looking to purchase piping tips to design cupcakes I make, hobby craft tips came very recommended for doing a great job at a low cost. I'm surely getting them soon. The staff are kind and helpful as well.
Good shop with lots of choice. Especially good for painting with variety of canvases sizes, paint colour range and drawing pencils. Strong social distancing measures are now in place and you need to queue in line outside, although didn't have to wait long. Retail park good in general with enough parking space but can get very busy at peak times.
Love this store just made my girlfriend a chocolate tree for her birthday everything in needed i got at hobbycraft
