Every time I have been the staff are helpful and friendly. They leave you to it unless you ask for help or look as if you require help which I like rather than being jumped on. Has a wide range of craft materials. Isn’t the cheapest about but you pay for what you get. Look forward to my next visit.
I wanted a cake banner which said celebration but was not available so the assistant helped me choose the letters, paper and glue to make one. Even took a photo to help visualise what I was hoping to achieve.

Excellent, I needed icing and cake decorations, ribbons and flowers for an 80th birthday cake for my Mum, and they had a fantastic choice. The wooden happy birthday sign finished the cake off nicely. They had lots of arts and crafts stuff including fabric off the roll, everything from stamp collecting to artists brushes!! very impressed.
